About Martino Capital
Your Denver Fiduciary Advisors
Our Mission and Values
Martino Capital was founded on a simple principle: investors deserve a fiduciary financial advisor who provides clear guidance, transparent fees, and direct portfolio management without the layers and conflicts found in traditional firms. Based in Denver, Colorado, we operate as an independent wealth management firm focused on long-term investing and real relationships. Our clients work directly with the people managing their money, not a call center and not a distant investment committee.
Our Founder Tom Martino
For more than forty years, founder Tom Martino has been known as a consumer advocate who helps people navigate financial decisions and avoid the traps built into many of today’s products and services. That same philosophy guides Martino Capital. We believe that trustworthy financial advice starts with eliminating confusion, cutting out unnecessary costs, and aligning every decision with the client’s best interests. Whether we are building a customized managed portfolio or providing ongoing retirement and investment guidance, our role is to serve as a steady, disciplined partner in your financial life.
Our Fiduciary Role
As a fiduciary financial advisor in Denver, we are legally and ethically required to put your interests ahead of our own — a responsibility we take seriously. Martino Capital charges a single, transparent fee based on assets under management. No product kickbacks. No layered third-party manager fees on top of ours. We do not take commissions or hidden kickbacks on annuity products unless that structure benefits the client. We act as a fiduciary. If an annuity is the best fit, we compare costs. If a transparent commission costs the client less than our AUM fee, we use that — and disclose it plainly. We do not outsource core portfolio decisions. Instead, we use research-driven strategies, fundamental analysis, and risk management techniques designed to support long-term wealth building.
Clients of Martino Capital appreciate that they can talk directly with the advisors who understand their accounts. We take time to explain our methodology, answer questions, and educate clients on how markets work. Whether you are seeking ongoing portfolio management, a second opinion, or a more personal alternative to large institutions, Martino Capital provides clarity and confidence in each step of your financial journey.
If you’re looking for a transparent, independent financial advisor committed to your success, Martino Capital is here to help you move forward with discipline and peace of mind.
