Tom Martino — Fiduciary Advisor & Consumer Advocate

Commitment to Fiduciary Advice

Tom Martino founded Martino Capital with a clear mission: to bring transparency, honesty, and direct guidance to individuals seeking long-term financial clarity. Known for more than four decades as a nationally recognized consumer advocate, Tom has dedicated his career to helping people avoid financial traps, understand complex products, and protect themselves from misleading or predatory practices. His work in media, including radio, television, and investigative reporting, has shaped a philosophy centered on educating consumers and empowering them to make informed decisions.

Guided by Passion for Consumers

That same philosophy guides Martino Capital. As the firm’s founder and a fiduciary financial advisor in Denver, Tom believes investors deserve straightforward advice, transparent fees, and direct communication with the professionals who manage their money. He takes pride in offering personalized portfolio management rather than outsourcing investment decisions to third-party managers or call-center teams. His approach emphasizes clarity, long-term discipline, and an unwavering commitment to clients’ best interests.

Consumer Protection

Tom’s extensive experience analyzing consumer issues uniquely positions him to identify unnecessary risks, hidden costs, and conflicts of interest within the financial world. He brings this insight to every client relationship. Whether helping clients understand their portfolios, reviewing investment strategies, or providing general guidance, Tom’s goal is always the same: protect consumers and help them build a more secure financial future.

Outside of his work as an advisor, Tom continues to be an active voice for consumer rights and transparency. His dedication to helping people is at the heart of Martino Capital’s mission.
